地区差异表述问题

现行 1.1 这样的表述，不甚严谨。目前行文给人的印象是，「字」分繁简两种，「排版」有地区差异。而事实上，字也有地区差异，即使同样的繁体字，根据不同地区的规范化也有不同的正异之分，因此建议全面改用「地区差异」，而弱化「繁简差异」。

建议修改如下：

中文的书写系统可以大致分为「繁体字」「简体字」系统，但是，使用中文的各个地区（中国大陆、台湾、香港、澳门、新加坡、马来西亚等）对汉字各自分别有不同的规范化形式，其具体字形、笔画多少存在差异，也会采用与其他地区不尽相同的排版规则。
