[css-pseudo] editorial: "If an element is a list item (display: list-item)" is misleading #4500

If an element is a list item (display: list-item)

display: list-item is not the right definition of a list item, display: inline list-item can also be a list item for example. I suggest you remove the parenthetical altogether and link "list item" to its definition.

(The definition in css-lists is also wrong at the moment, but that's reported in #4170)
