https://www.w3.org/TR/css-cascade-5/ links to https://drafts.csswg.org/css-cascade/ as its editors draft, but https://drafts.csswg.org/css-cascade/ points to css-cascade-4 at the moment.
Similarly problematic, https://drafts.csswg.org/css-cascade-5 uses https://drafts.csswg.org/css-cascade as its "this version" link.
