• /TR/ URLs of specifications, to the newest published ones
• target dates in timeline, as some near future date (mostly, PR as Q3 2024, REC as Q4 2024)
• marked two as post-FPWD (in timeline table)
• aligned footer as template

Questions:

• target dates for System Wake Lock API should be removed? (since moved into Screen Wake Lock API)

Thanks for this update, one comment on the Contact Picker API.

Contact Picker API was published as a joint deliverables already under the 2022-12-01 charter even if it was not explicitly marked as such. I recall we had an agreement on it with WebApps WG but somehow that text did not make it to the charter back then. It is probably worth clarifying that just in case someone wonders why Contact Pickier API was published as a joint deliverable in 20 December 2022.

Re System Wake Lock API, at our TPAC F2F there was interest in resuming work on this deliverable, but I think we do not have a clear timeline yet. Can we leave the target dates blank?
