New UC - 'Dataset business context' added to the Wiki - https://www.w3.org/2017/dxwg/wiki/Use_Case_Working_Space#ID49

The proposal is that the DXWG consider creating a small ontology around a 'Project' class, learning from/generalizing a number of existing efforts.
