In the Candidate Rec, we have to explain how adequate implementation experience will be demonstrated.
This can be done in the section "Status of This Document", similarly to what Data on the Web Best Practices did in his first candidate REC.

Info about the approaches that we are going to follows are discussed in issue #767.
