I would like @makxdekkers opinion on this re-wording. It seems potentially significant as it represents a deviation from the language used in DCAT-2014. |

OK with me. I agree with @andrea-perego at #1124 (comment) that 'recommended' is not the best word to list the properties relevant for description of the instances of a class. The new text is much better. |
