Corrected syntax for contributor list Added fully qualified URL to ORCID logo (don't know why the relative URL doesn't work...)

I too tryed to get ReSpec to show my ORCID, hence the inclusion of the ORCID icon image file in the folder, but when copying exact config from other W3C Recs it just printed out the img HTML rather than rendering the icon. Something to be worked out later. |
Updated references to DXWG documents to point to the Editor's Drafts on github (except for DCAT where we point to the published WD). Also removed the trailing slash in the URL to the IETF I-D. This should fix #540.
