The page currently has:

[ISOBMFF]
Information technology — Coding of audio-visual objects — Part 12: ISO Base Media File Format. ISO/IEC. December 2015. International Standard. URL: http://standards.iso.org/ittf/PubliclyAvailableStandards/c068960_ISO_IEC_14496-12_2015.zip

The ISO link resolves to a page that says:

The page you're looking for has either moved or no longer exist.

The URL to the spec is no longer valid because the ISOBMFF spec is no
longer publicly available. On top of that, it seems better to redirect to the
actual entry in the ISO list of specs which is maintained automatically.

The ISOBMFF entry was updated in Specref and now links to the ISO page that describes the latest version of the standard: https://www.iso.org/standard/85596.html. This link will propagate to the spec next time it gets re-generated.
