 Because digital text has a shorter history and is evolving, there will be areas to which we do not have a definitive answer, and there will be issues with open questions. Still, we believe it is worth collecting practices we know of so far, and adding our thoughts to them. After the first version is complete it will need to be updated periodically because the technology is still in progress.
