There seems to be a temp/ directory with some unused images: https://github.com/w3c/jlreq/tree/gh-pages/temp

Should we remove this directory?

Looks like these were added when i was shrinking the image files - maybe as a test, i don't remember. I think we can remove them, so i'll do that now.
