From JL-TF call 2023-12-19, discussion on generic font families.

Note that the fonts listed in the page above are based on system fonts. Any operating system that has Japanese Kai and textbook fonts (教科書体)?

kyokasho-tai: Both Windows and Apple's platforms have it by default.
kai: Windows has it. Not on Apple's.
round: Not on windows but on Office, that is effectively all Japanese Windows users have one. Apple's platforms have it by default.

Filed these three issues:
w3c/i18n-discuss#34 kai is also one of popular typefaces in Japan
w3c/i18n-discuss#35 Add "rounded (sans-serif)" as a generic font family
w3c/i18n-discuss#36 Add Kyokasho-tai as a generic font family

This todo issue can now be closed (will close after a few days). Discussions specific to above issues should be done in these issues. Other generic discussions regarding generic font family for Japanese language are to be done in this discussion.
