Sorry, should have split the commits for easier review :( * Add a couple of pictures to clarify * Editorial tweaking to make plainer english * More tweaking to remove redundant statements of requirements * group itemref in the description of properties, since that's arguably what it does and it makes it easier to explain things in order (perhaps).
