Propose a set of versioning attributes (model) and properties (vocab) for Policies that indicate the validity period of the policy.

I recommend these provenance properties:

  • date
  • version
  • place

Validity dates can be expressed as Constraints.

I would also add authorship and license itself.

Perhaps we just recommend Dublin Core for the prov properties?

The terms dcterms:replaces and dcterms:isReplacedBy are both defined
