WebIDL descriptions for LTI Javascript APIs

Does someone have the knowledge and skill to rewrite the APIs in Section 6 of the EDUPUB spec in WebIDL format? I don't even know enough to know if that's the right thing to do! :)

The good folks at VitalSource developed the API and authored that section, so maybe they can help.

Don't bother. We are going to recommend a complete replacement.

@dauwhe can you add https://github.com/rbenton and https://github.com/sean-murphy to this repo (both just joined the CG from VitalSource) as they will be the point on the Section 6 (outcomes and LTI launch) replacement
