It is good practice for W3C specs to link to the Editor's Draft, but that's not always done (e.g. Selectors Level 3). It would be good to report on that as a potential anomaly.
Note that, in some cases, the link exists but the W3C API does not know anything about the Editor's Draft for some reason, e.g. CSS Conditional Rules Module Level 3

The analysis now reports a warning when the W3C API did not return the URL of
an Editor's Draft. In turn, this should mean that the spec does not include
such a link, or that it does not include it along with the "this version" et al.
links.
