The new experimental stylesheets are now available if the option useExpermintalStyles is set to true. However, @plehegar has requested this be the default. I objected to making it the default because many groups are going through publication cycles all the time and screwing with their formatting seems rude. However, I would be open to making this the default for Editor's Drafts. Opinions on this?
