Did a check concerning consistent use of 'geospatial' vs 'spatial' data. In 3.1 we explain the difference and say we'll use the term 'spatial data' to mean both. In some places, I left 'geospatial' as the context was explicitly about spatial data related to earth. In some other places I replaced 'geospatial' by 'spatial' as it wasn't necessary to be explicit about the difference (because of the explanation in 3.1).
