There are several parts where text uses "JIS X 4051 [[JISX4051]]" to show both common name (by ID) and reference link, also in original (means before PR #17). (originally pointed in #17 (comment))
Desired final behavior might be just "JIS X 4051" with link to local reference section.
Current situation:
specref provides entries for JISX4051 (1995) and JIS4051 (2004), and we have one from JIS4051 in localBiblio (as JISX4051)
entries of JIS4051 and one in localBiblio has Japanese name in html escaped form
putting reference as [[JISX4051]] (from localBiblio), links to references section but with Japanese in escaped format for title (shown as tool-tip)
putting reference as [[[JISX4051]]] (from localBiblio), links to undefined with inserting Japanese in escaped format (as image attached; should no be a correct usage?)
For now, I have no idea to take,,, welcome any comment/suggestion.
