敏先生のもともとの文は：

Web での配置処理を考えた場合，活字組版のように個別箇所で配置位置を工夫する処理は避けるのが望ましい.となると，上記の問題をすべて解決できる配置処理方針を決め，処理系に実装していく必要がある．

これを下のように書き足すことを提案しておられますが：

Web での配置処理を考えた場合，活字組版のように個別箇所で配置位置を工夫する処理は避けるのが望ましい.となると，上記の問題をすべて解決できる配置処理方針を決め，処理系に実装していく必要がある．そのためには，かなり複雑な処理となる（例：JLRrqの付属書“F　熟語ルビの配置⽅法”）．しかし，この方法でもいくつかの問題は残る．そこで，ある程度の品質を確保しながら，機械的な処理に対応した単純化した処理方法を検討する意味はある．以下は，そのひつとの処理方法の提案である．

ここ、書き足すのではなく、もともとの文をシンプルに明確化した方が良いかと考えます。たとえば下の文で必要十分かと思いますがいかがでしょう？

Web での処理は活字組版と異なり完全に自動的に配置を決定できる必要がある。
