The range of Medieval and Renaissance rests differentiates between perfect and imperfect longa rest, but only has a single glyph for maxima rests.
It would be good to add a special "Maxima imperfecta rest" glyph:
Additionally it would then be nice to rename U+E9F0 into mensuralRestMaximaPerfecta "Maxima perfecta rest".

NB: The restMaxima (U+E4E0) which looks like an imperfect maxima isn't a good replacement, as renaissance rests were drawn way thinner.
