Note that the new text begins on line 433. I moved the JSON-LD section down below the sections about specification writing, resulting in a strange diff. There are no changes to the "defining bidi keywords" section here.
Added a new section for best practices for producers. This is based in part on reviews of some verifiable credentials work.
