Another one: 1.4.12 Text spacing looks like something that should be dealt with not by the individual app/author but by the OS in its general accessibility settings, and may then only apply to scalable/system text.
It is hard to see how 1.4.12 should equally apply to each and every text in apps, including toolbar / navigation (compare AGWG decision #620 (comment)) considering the
space contraints.
