I think these should be two separate notes. The first is a needed clarification for all languages. First, apologies for sending my recent comment on #3437 to the email thread instead of to the PR discussion. Not repeating the same mistake for this one! For this proposed change to this AAA criterion, I think the language could be a bit less abstract. "Presentation aspects" is particularly opaque. Although SC's name doesn't include it, this SC seems wholly concerned with text presentation. I'm assuming the wording is meant to address languages that are pictographic in nature? As with my recently posted comments on text spacing, I think a note of this nature must be reinforced by Understanding document content. |
