Oh, sorry for the noise! I totally missed d17bbae :(

I created this PR, because at my work place, we are getting many requests with nested-navigate for Sec-Fetch-Mode values from older versions of Chrome (e.g. 79.0.3945.147) and I couldn't find any reference to it in the spec, but that's because it has been removed in newer versions as you pointed out
