Remove need for serializing a suborigin #66

I'd like to propose to remove the need for serializing suborigins. Instead:

postMessage / MessageEvent should take an dictionary {origin, suborigin} instead of an USVString origin
Add a Suborigin: header that is send along with an Origin: header
... whatever I forgot
