I have been reviewing many of the recommendations and discussions here with interest. Wanted to present to the group that a standard for requesting and accepting payments using handles went beta in India last week: http://www.npci.org.in/UPI_Documents.aspx

@madhushekar23 would you be able to document some of the payment flows in this system?

We are doing work on capturing flows and defining payment method specifications in: https://github.com/w3c/webpayments-flows

@mattsaxon is running this TF and can provide details if you need
