For today's kick-off meeting we should clarify following points:

1. Current status of the CoAP - RDF work (also see https://github.com/w3c/wot-binding-templates/tree/master/ontology)
2. Where will the work be managed (binding repo vs. new repo?)
3. Who coordinates the work?

We should also contact some official representant from the IETF to get the official agreement about this work.

@sebastiankb will write @cabo to get clarification about the next steps.

Regarding point 2: We decided to stay in this repository. But at a later point we may move the work to an own repository.

regarding point 3: @ektrah can coordinate the technical discussions. @egekorkan and @ashimura will support Klaus regarding the W3C formalism. @vcharpenay will review the work (especially for semantics).

in today's WISHI call there was the pointer from @cabo to this page here: https://www.iana.org/assignments/core-parameters/core-parameters.xml#codes

the suggestion was to write a transformation tool that bring the set into RDF representation.

there was also the idea that IANA may provide a RDF representation in the future.
