Call of 08.02.2022:

This means to explain what a beginner developer has to go through to understand WoT to an expert level. For each step, we should have a tutorial or learning resources, ideally ours, that guide them through.
We can start this already, without having the actual resources for guiding but just pointing to resources.
We can use @egekorkan ' s course outline as a strawman proposal
