Add CoAP and UDP-related DNS-SD assertions to Discovery template.csv file

During the creation of #534, I noticed that some CoAP/UDP-related assertions are missing from the Discovery template.csv file. This PR should close the gaps.

@mmccool I noticed only now that there is also a manual.csv template in the discovery repository that should actually be used according to the README. However, some assertions present in this repository are not included in the discovery repository and vice versa (see the patch below). Maybe a final re-sync of both files could make sense?
