This phrase is used in several places in section 8.2 Data Schemas.

Originally reported in #1324:

A lot of the assertions in this section use the phrase "A Thing acting as a Consumer" where I think they should just say "A Consumer". This text dates back to 1.0 but I'm not sure why it was worded this way because it reads to me like an entity which is both a Consumer and a Producer, not just a Consumer.
