display station info for ARRL DX and CWOPS CWT Contests

Description

The ARRL DX Contest and CWOPS CWT can display station information after DxStn's callsign is entered.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Run either the ARRL DX Contest or CWOPS CWT contest
2. Enter a callsign and hit return
3. notice the status bar area does not display the DXCC information for the station being worked.

Expected behavior

MR should display the station info in the status bar area.

Actual Behavior

It is either not displayed or displayed until after the entire QSO is complete.

most of the time.

Additional context

While this information is not critical for contest simulation, it is useful for the experience. N1MM provides DXCC info, including Zones, etc. We want MRCE to do the same.
