This release introduces the IARU HF Contest plus any quality issues arising from the v1.83 release.

We decided to drop the v1.83.1 bug fix release in favor of this v1.84 release and include the IARU HF World Championship Contest. The initial coding for the IARU HF contest was completed back in late 2022 but was not released. This contest is coming up soon, so now is a good time to get it released to allow users to practice using Morse Runner Community Edition. See the v1.84 Release page for more information.

Scott said the following in a 3/20/2023 email:

I'm looking forward to 1.84 as well with the IARU HF contest. You know, each release should be a new contest, but also a bug fix and a gui fix as well. Maybe for 1.84 we can add sending cut numbers bug fix and remove the scroll bar for the contest drop down (showing all alphabetically). Or tweak the run button (remove the dropdown and/or have it change to stop).
