You need to install the required fonts from the following sites if you want to use the "With Fonts" version:
Installation
Download the archive and extract the contents to the MO2 folder, the splash.png file should be next to the ModOrganizer.exe file and the stylesheets folder from the archive should be merged with the existing stylesheets folder in the MO2 directory.
