The templater bundle is an python software. It provides a command line 
program for creating files from templates. While creating the file 
the user is asked for input, specified in the template.

templater is built on top of 
mako (www.makotemplates.org) and urwid (http://excess.org/urwid)
[only needed for curses interfaces input]

Install¶

You can install templater with:

   $ sudo python setup.py install

A script with name templater and an Python module tplinput will be installed. 
Additional a little start up with some template will be place under /usr/share/templater/.

See doc/ for documentation. if sphinx is install use 

  $ make html 
 
to build a nicer look ;).
