Expand functionality for handling externally epoch data for Sensewear xlsx format.
I am working on this and this.

  • add code to read xls files and convert to part1 milestone data + unit-test
  • add code utilise METs metric for PA research
  • add code to utilise step counter
  • add code to utilise sleep classification
  • Explore using lying down column instead for TIB/SPT detection
