FR: Flag BB Profiles Which Have Caused an Error with Timestamp #97

The suggestion would be to have a column in the BB tab to flag any BB profiles which have caused an error (with Timestamp of last error). When a BB profile causes an error, I noticed the remaining profiles will not run. It would be easier to get rid of problematic files using this method.
