How can I make a StreamFieldPanel of featured sections? #339

In the demo, there are 3 featured sections in base/models.py.
How can I make them as StreamField? I want to dynamically add featured sections from the cms, just like the body section.

I am new to Django and Wagtail. Any help would be appreciated.
