Hello @khushishikhu . I also encountered a blocker when setting up locally on Linux. You can try to set it up on gitpod, it's much better.
Have you tried their official docker documentation ?
You can raise this issue in the #support channel or in GitHub discussion GitHub Discussion Project Wagtail. Org

I am hitting a blocker in setting up the repository locally that's why there's no PR on the issue.

@nicklee . With regard to PR #425. I noticed it's only fixing issue #409 and not issue #405. Is there something I am missing?
