Set default collection when uploading images from empty collection #6899

From the Images section at /admin/images/ when a Collection is selected and it's empty, there is a link to upload some images to that Collection. However the Image upload form defaults to Root Collection. This should be defaulted to the same Collection that was selected in the previous page.
