save states of checkboxes and objects in MultipleChooserPanel when navigating

Fixes #10754
this issue because when the user moves between pages the checkboxes lose their states so if the checkbox is checked it becomes unchecked when navigating.

After	Before

it noticed in the attachment:

• the objects from other pages saved while navigating. .
• when the user checked the item and moved to another page and returned, the checkboxes save its state.
• Additionally this PR may solve the issue of saving the state of checkboxes when searching.
