This allows us to have entrypoints compiling to other apps besides wagtailadmin.

Continuation of #6633 for the other chooser widget types, with the Telepath-specific changes to follow in a separate PR.
I've had to tweak the JS build config to handle outputs for other apps besides wagtailadmin - hopefully nothing too controversial there.
