Would it be possible to release tarball for rel-20171014?

I would like to package this version for Fedora but the distro usually wants an "official" tarball which is not listed on http://25thandclement.com/~william/projects/cqueues.html .

Done. It should show up on my original project page, now.

I should probably move the "official" project over to Github at some point, as Github is the de facto maintenance hub.
