Split log from image tracking

We currently have a field image_verified on all logs, instead we should create a different table for image verification ids or send the to insert values via encrypted link and move it into the log table on success.

This has some pros:

• We don't have to index/gc the image verification on the log table
• When image verification is turned on/off later, it won't affect already recorded stats
