Epic label: E:RLN on mainnet

Summary

Draft epic to track work needed to deploy and use RLN on mainnet.

Type of work would be around:

  • Using a "stable" version of the contract, ie, enough features such as RLNv2 that would warrant mainnet deployment and possible audit
  • More robust implementations of RLN usage in Waku clients such as coping with slow or unresponsive Web3 provider etc
  • Ensure that security around credentials management is good and users/dev can't shoot themselves in the foot.

Currently assumed we are deploying on L1 Ethereum mainnet but having this done may also open the door to deploy on other chains.
Work to enable a node to support RLN contracts on different chain not expect to be part of this epic.

@chair28980 this should probably be closed as not planned as we have a deliverable focusing on getting a roadmap to mainnet first.
