ValueError at /admin/app/taskruntime/
badly formed hexadecimal UUID string

android_scheduler.py插入taskruntime数据的时候，uuid的格式需要处理一下，增加中划线

android_scheduler.py插入数据时，使用的是裸SQL，所以无法用到django中对象的默认值，每个字段都需要设置
