Create email address for support

With Tender, the service behind support.wallabag.org, we can setup forwarding address.
For example, support@wallabag.org will create a new ticket in Problems section http://support.wallabag.org/discussions/problems
I also create feedback@wallabag.org (with new post in Suggestions http://support.wallabag.org/discussions/suggestions).

Do you think we have to communicate about these email addresses?
Do you think I have to redirect all the emails from hello@wallabag.org to support.wallabag.org? I won't be the only one to answer to the emails.
