We uses TenderApp for http://support.wallabag.org. It's free for open source projects, but it's closed.
I also receive emails on hello@wallabag.org for support. But I'm the only one who can answer.

Alternatives:

keep TenderApp and configure emails (see Create email address for support #1260)
osTickets: Framasoft uses OSTickets (https://tickets.framasoft.org). I already tried this application, but you have to configure it very well, otherwise you're spammed. And one more tool to maintain.
only use github. But users need to create account, contrary to TenderApp.

I wonder if open a new forum (made with discourse or flarum) can't be a good thing.
