HTML entities in titles are encoded twice #151

If a webpage title contains a html entity which is already encoded, Poche will encode it again.

Here is a really simple example : http://demo.inthepoche.com/index.php?view=view&id=243 using the following test file : http://ks3358893.kimsufi.com/test.html.
