This repository contains reports and scripts of a project of breast cancer diagnostics. This project was developed in the Big Data Analytics course from alfatraining. The original dataset comes from the Kaggle repository: https://www.kaggle.com/uciml/breast-cancer-wisconsin-data/download
The dataset contains data from patients with breast cancer, either malign or benign. The objective of the project is to classify new patients as having either malign or benign cancer, based on known data processed with machine learning methods.
